Coaching Compliance Agreement
Training
and group contracts are generated only after
consultation and verbal agreement.
1.
You and I will set goals together and design
strategies for you to achieve these goals. Your
success will be entirely dependent on your implementation
of these strategies.
2. Your coaching program will include field
work for you to complete, that you and I will
agree upon together.You are required to e-mail
these assignments to me at least a half day
before each of our sessions.
3. You are actively committed to participating
in the entire six month coaching agreement.
A 30 day notice of termination is requested
as a courtesy. You will consistently meet with
me at the same time each week except by mutual
agreement otherwise.
You may choose to continue as a coaching client
at the end of this six month period.
Guarantee
4.
I am committed to assisting you in successfully
completing your program and offer this conditional
guarantee: If you can demonstrate that you have
completed all assignments, (written and otherwise),
attended all coaching sessions, and are unsatisfied
with your results, you may be refunded up to
100% of your enrollment fee.
Note: Specific monetary results cannot be
guaranteed.
5. You understand that no coaching session will
be available to you unless your account is paid,
and up-to date.
6. All conversations between you and I are confidential.
You agree to give a testimonial endorsement
of the coaching program, and to provide me with
referrals based upon your personal success,
at a later date. For each paying referral you
will receive one free coaching session added
to the end of your agreement.
7. You prepay by check or credit card for the first month's
fees, before materials are delivered.
8.
All payments are due by the first of the month.
A late fee of $10 will be charged after that.
9.
Laser sessions are available between scheduled
sessions. Missed sessions
without prior notice, by phone (not e-mail),
are forfeited.
I have read the forgoing statements, understand
them fully, and agree to follow through on them.

the first of each month for the first three
months,
and then as agreed upon on a continuing basis for the remainder of 6 month introductory program.
A 10% discount for monthly fees paid in advance for the initial three months period*.

You’ll benefit from significant insights into your work life and garner some new ideas on how best to improve your current situation. Depending on your needs some of the areas you could create breakthroughs include, time management, staffing, marketing,
revenues or depending on your needs, the way your firm or company operates.
I’ll also objectively help you determine the best Action Plan for yourself,
including whether or not a coaching program is appropriate.
