The first step is to call
to discuss your needs.
The
initial consultative interview may be brief,
often 30 minutes or less.
Simply
call 928-773-0827 for an appointment.
Let's
find out where you and your organization are
at,
where
you want to get to, and what might be in your
way.
Then we can decide if it makes sense to work
together, or not.
Does that sound fair?
People
measure Success and Achievement differently.
Some people don't care much about achievement;
they just want to be happy, that is success
for them. Yet for others, happiness comes
from achievement. Often people who believe
that happiness comes through achievement make
personal judgments assuming that achievement
is good/better than non-achievement. They
may think that one definition of achievement
is universal, which isn't true.
More
and more, people just want to enjoy life.
How we feel is becoming more important than
what we do. For an increasing number of folks,
work is play. And if work can't be fun/play,
then it's time for another opportunity. More
folks, when they see they have a choice about
it, want both meaning AND happiness, not just
meaning, purpose or money. Happiness/pleasure/fun
(aka self-fullness) is the future. It's this
level of self-fullness that often generates
huge contributions to business and organizations
as a byproduct/ result. (One of the more significant
paradoxes in life.)
Individuals
usually come to us with a personal or business
challenge.
You may want to increase your profits, or
develop your organization. You may be unhappy.
You may simply want to improve or change your
career. You can't pinpoint the source or a
solution and are willing to share all this.
Out of this discussion, and the support provided,
you may solve the problem quickly and start
setting some better goals, often ones you
have been putting off -ones you still really
want to reach. We help you focus more on what
you most want and less on what you thought
you should want. This process can work for
almost anyone.
What
do you say you are ready for,
but have not had success with in the last year
or two?
