I
did it. I got the job.
Thank you sooooo much for the time you spent with
me yesterday.
I
feel confident and proud of my financial world.I
have made coaching an even more valuable tool for
me, I
coach myself once a week (actually every day) on the
week off for the month of regular coaching. I go to
the café or the library and work on the topics
we didn't get to or new things that surface during
regular sessions. I always get the feeling I'm
calling you too much and talking too long, your e-mail
has put that into perspective! Thanks Norm, for helping
me help myself, to a brighter more positive life!
My
new mantra...."Norm is proof that great men
do exist" put this on your web site.

Heard
you on the radio last Tuesday!
You certainly exceeded my expectations, which were quite
high. You are a natural -- warm, empathetic, clear
and expressive. You
act as a real boost in my life, especially in the
areas of gaining healthy "personal" communication
skills.
This community will clearly benefit from a more available
connection to your wonderful toolkit for personal growth.

I
really love the feeling I have after our sessions.
I realized I don't just have something
to think about, I also have actual strategies to try!
It is a much more powerful feeling than I have had
in quite some time! You're a gem!

You
helped uncover and develop the sales skills I needed. This
gave me the confidence to over come my fears and go
forth to market myself and services in any
situation. I made two sales in my
new product line and got two reps as well this week.

I
am in awe of the intimate and vulnerable way in which
you deal with your clients.
You
have helped me to step back and assess what I have
accepted as "normal" in my life. Perhaps this
is a function of the amount of denial I have lived
with in the past. You have asked me so many
questions. What do I want my life to be
like? How do I want to relate to people?
How do I feel about myself? What brings me the
most joy? How do my beliefs serve me and
do some need to be changed? How do I regain
my innocence and sense of wonder? I
have often felt such resistance to these questions.
It is almost as if part of me felt I don't have the
right to ask them.
Probably
one of the biggest changes for me is beginning to
value myself. Curiously enough,
everyone else around me is also changing, in my view.
It is as though I now see myself and others in three
dimensions instead of two. Thanks for your patience
and impatience in dealing with me.
Liz, Concert Musician
I
had a really good week, in terms of my overall sense
of well-being,
One thing that has helped me is the philosophy
of the "6 perfect qualities list " and the reminder
that all of this takes time, and there is a reason
even if I don't see it. My weakness is patience,
which I realize it is on the ‘list'.
It helped me to sit back and relax..

I
tell people that you really listen to what I say,
and are able to extrapolate from my psycho-babble,
the essence of what I mean. You get me pointed in
the right direction and are a great resource in the
areas of self esteem I am working on in this phase
of my life. I feel I can connect with you, as you
have had many of the same life experiences owning/selling
business, relocating etc. Also you are a very knowledgeable
and helpful mentor in my latest quest of spiritual
growth. Wow

Let
me just say that your message on intuition was EXACTLY
what I needed today!
I know that it might seem to you that our progress
has been pretty abstract and in a way it has been,
but I am learning so much and I know that I am moving
towards a fuller understanding of what is next for
me on my spiritual path. I want you to know
that I am thankful for your part in that progress.
I look forward to our continued work.:-)
